COURSE 04 · EYEBROW, LIP & EYELINER · FOREST HILL

Cosmetic Tattoo Course Package: one measured path through brows, lips and eyeliner

SCOPE OF THE PACKAGE

The Course Package brings our three core cosmetic tattoo techniques together as face-to-face, hands-on training in Forest Hill, Melbourne. Every session is taught directly by Olha Po, a licensed cosmetic tattoo artist who has worked professionally since 2016.

01 · EYEBROWS

Eyebrow tattooing, including powder brows and ombre brows. Eyebrow Tattoo Course

02 · LIPS

Lip blush and lip tattooing. Lip Tattoo Course

03 · EYELINER

Eyeliner tattooing. Eyeliner Tattoo Course

Who a combined path suits

Brows, lips and eyeliner share the same foundations: mapping, colour theory, pigment choice and hygiene. Learning them side by side lets you see how one technique informs the next.

STARTING OUT

You want to learn cosmetic tattooing but aren't sure where to begin

Rather than choosing a single technique before you’ve tried any, the package gives you practical grounding across the three main permanent makeup (PMU) areas. In a small class, Olha can watch your hand, correct your mapping and adjust the pace to suit your progress. Our guide Learning Cosmetic Tattooing: Where to Start covers the first questions most beginners have.

ALREADY PRACTISING

You're a beauty professional widening your skills

If you already work in beauty, the package is a structured way to add brow, lip and eyeliner tattooing to what you know. Training draws on Olha’s own practice, which also includes cosmetic tattoo correction and removal. That gives useful context on why careful planning matters from the first stroke.

A beauty professional uses a small precision tool to map and define a client’s eyebrow while holding the skin in place.

STEP — BEFORE THE NEEDLE

Measure first, then work

A common misconception is that cosmetic tattooing is mostly about operating a machine and following a design.

Across all three techniques, the package focuses on the judgement behind the work: mapping and symmetry, colour theory, pigment choice, skin and hygiene, technique practice and aftercare guidance. You can read more in Before the Needle: How We Teach.
