Cosmetic Tattoo Courses provides hands-on cosmetic tattoo and permanent makeup (PMU) training in Forest Hill, Melbourne. When you ask us about a course, you trust us with some personal information. When you use the form on our Enquire About a Course page, we ask for your name, email address and message. These three fields are required. You can also choose to give us your phone number, your location, a subject for your enquiry, your budget and your preferred timeframe. These fields are optional, so leave them blank if you prefer.
Please don’t include health information or anything sensitive you would rather discuss in person.
If you email or call us, we receive your email address or phone number along with whatever you tell us about your experience level, the course you are considering and your questions about fees, dates or booking.
If you go on to book, we keep the details needed to confirm your place and contact you about your training. Booking, payment and cancellation conditions are set out separately in our Booking, Payment & Course Terms.

SECTION 3 — STORAGE, SECURITY & SHARING
Enquiries sent through our website form are stored privately in the website’s own WordPress installation. They are not passed automatically to external marketing or payment services. Access is limited to us, for the purpose of answering your enquiry and arranging your training.
Emails you send arrive in our business email account, and phone enquiries are handled directly by us. We take reasonable steps to protect this information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we reasonably need it for your enquiry, your training or our business records.
No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please avoid sharing sensitive details through the form or by email.
WHEN INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED
We don’t share your personal information with others except where you have agreed to it, or where we are required or authorised to do so by Australian law.
SECTION 4 — YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it’s wrong, or ask us to delete your enquiry if we no longer need it to deal with a booking. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us and we’ll look into it.
